Vogon and khp songlist folders are empty

Using Vogone and KHP the song list folders are empty. But the if I go to windows computer C: drive and look in the songlist folder, the songs are there.

What file ext are the files compared to what KHP & Vogone are looking for. Try setting Vogone & KHP to see all files. I don't know if you can but I expect your file ext are not what they need to be to be viewed in each program.
