How to Register to Ask Questions

ONLY users who own an MTU product license can register and post in the MTU.Community Forums

VERY IMPORTANT: Add "@mtu.com" to your email APPROVED list to insure emails sent by the Forum are delivered.

Registration is free, and allows you to do the following:

1. Click the Create New button to create a new Thread with a new subject and your question or point you want to discuss.
   
   
2. With any Thread open, click the Post Reply button to add your answer or question related to the Thread Subject.
   
   
3. Edit your Threads and posts for up to 30 minutes after you submit them.
   
   
4. Click a Thread to open it and see all posted questions and answers under it.
   
   
5. VERY IMPORTANT! You will receive ONLY ONE email notice per Thread until you click the link in that email, or go to the Forums and open that Thread. Each Thread is separate so you may receive emails from multiple Threads.

TO REGISTER: Call MTU at 919-870-0344 ext: 203 and tell us or leave a message with the following:

1. You want to register in the MTU Forums
   
   
2. Three Username choices you want to appear beside your posts as your identity (spell it out slowly). We need three in case your first two are already used.
   
   
3. The Password you want to use (spell it out slowly). It is best to mix at least 8 letters and numbers together. DO NOT reveal this to others or they can hijack "your identity" and your Forum account.
   
   
4. Spell out your correct email address you used when you purchased your MTU product license. We use this to verify you are a registered customer. If you need to change your email to a current one, please spell our your original email you purchased with and then spell out your new email you want us to change your Account email to.
   
   NOTE: We require a daytime phone number from your account if you are changing emails. We do not change anyone's account email without absolute verification we are communicating with our real customer to protect your privacy.

The MTU.Community Forum does not display your email address except to MTU Staff. To protect your identity, DO NOT enter your email, street address or phone number in posts you submit. We delete all personal data when we see them.

DO NOT post any competitive web sites or advertisements for any other site or product.
