New computer....windows XP

We just purchased a new Dell Laptop with windows xp....it has a Sony DVD +RWDW-D56A PDS3 burner in it...(I think)

We have your Mircrostudio software on our old computer....and it works fine. The old software is 2.103 from 2000.

Will my computer burn karaoke cd's?

Will my present software work?

Please asnswer as soon as possible.
