Plextor PX-708UF2

I'm trying to use Microstudio 2.6, but in the "detect drives" window, I'm getting a "NO" for Karaoke, for my Plextor PX-708UF2 drive. I believe that I've removed every other cd writing program from my computer, and I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
