Unhappy Upgrading MTU Laptop v2.116 to v2.209
I am trying to upgrade my friends MTU laptop to v2.209. The laptop came from MTU with v2.116. He has no e-mail link to upgrade to.

Care to let us in on the secret?

Email Support with a request for what you need, including our customer's name who you are helping. His email would also be nice as that is how our database is indexed.
