Problems W/windows Xp

I INSTALLED WINDOWS XP AND NOW I CAN'T GET MICROSTUDIO TO RUN. I UNISTALLED IT AND DOWNLOADED THE PROGRAM AGAIN AND STILL NOTHING!!!!
