If both computers are operative you should be able to forward your Microstudio download email to your new computer and download and install the same as you did on the first pc. Then you could copy/paste the reg number to prevent errors.

You may need to establish another email account with your server(most give you 5 or so)with a different name(just initials, etc) to do that, so's the forward won't bounce right back in to the sending pc. I use it all the time on emails, and it's handy.

Best method would be to back up everything to a cd, and install from it when needed..

You could also do a file transfer of the Microstudio folder if the pc's are networked.

In the menu box on the MTU Home page click on support, check out which is relevant to your query, if it can't be solved in the forums

Email MTU...

The Email MTU link at the top left of this page is the easiest way to email MTUSUPPORT. However, it is better to post your problem right here in the Forums. This is our #1 support means.

You can also check out our new FAQ Center where many standard questions are answered.

I have merged all 5 threads here

It is hard for us to get a clear picture of everyone helping you when you create new Threads. Please post everything in this one Thread by simplying having this Thread open so you can read these messages, then click the Post Reply button at the upper right or lower right of this screen.

I am truly sorry I can't give you the link directly to the Post Reply because this great UK designed Forum we use just didn't give us that option.

I have also edited out your foul language. We don't tolerate that here. If you can't be civil, and that goes for emailing mtu support also, you will not receive help from anyone. Civility is the least you can give to those who are providing you free support.
