Question Duplex Fonction

I found a way to record my self while I'm singing and playing Microstudio but I keep having this problem:

First, I start the Wave recorder than I start Microstudio so this way I can bypass this MUTE effect that Micro has, the problem is one time out of two when Micro starts the sound goes crazy like it drops out or the graphic is out of sync!

I just upgraded to the latest version thinking that my 2.4 was consuming too much cpu but I didn't notice any changes. (Lost my 8 bits graphic!!)

Why can't Microstudio let me run another program at the same time?
I've tried many wave recorder and I keep getting the same result!

I know Microstudio is for playing CDG but what's wrong to use the Duplex fonction that most audio card has??

Thanks

Thumbs up Back to Normal

Just FYI,

I no longer have the sync problem, again it was the acceleration problem with my new Audigy card! ( I reduced it)

I keep forgetting to re-adjust this after an installation...

It's working PERFECTLY with another software, the Mute thing is no longer a problem for me.

Excellent recording by the way, Micro has the wave player (cdg) and a good wave recorder like Wave Lab, WOW!!

Regards
