Question JVC Players and Microstudio

Does anyone have experiance using a JVC 22 karaoke player with burned backup copies made with microstudio? I'm thinking of buying this player as a backup machine in case my Pioneer DV888 fails. There was some information about the JVC players in this forum but the answer to my question is still unclear.

gladu2......

MicroStudio produced backups should play ok on JVC Players.

What you might be refering to in the Forum reguarding JVC Players is that a competitors (Da_t) product that is used to create your own CD+G's won't play on JVC Players, but MTU's Product Karaoke Home Producer and Karaoke Producer will play on the JVC units without any problem.

Microstudios does an excellent job at backing up & playing back on the JVC-22. The D__T program that makes homemade cdgs on a JVC-22 will give you a blue screen but it will play the audio. If you want to make your own & play it on a JVC-22, MTU makes an excellent program for that & it works well.
