Luann,
There is no way to change the volume on the .cdg files. This is going to be the exact same volume that the disc was recorded at, unless you are using Cheap media. Cheap media can make a difference. Now if you are running the .wav file through Vogone and then the volume is lower, you can adjust the Output Amplitude control higher up, this will give you some more gain coming out of Vogone. This is the only adjustment that there is for volume in any of our programs. Or you could take the audio into and Audio Editor type of program, and redo it there to make it louder.

Luann,
You probably should slide the output amplitude slider up until audio blinks just below the red on the peak notes before saving the file in Vogone. Could there be a coincidence in that there is a setting on your Karaoke player/amplifier system that accidentally got pushed in, or something of that nature? I know on mine there are different settings for room effects, surround sound, concert hall, etc and I occassionally have dramatically reduced volume, and it is a button that is in the wrong setting for my speaker set up. I have to watch that real close. Since this cropped up have you played another cdg on the system? Just brainstorming. George Last edited by George; March 5th, 2003 at 06:26 PM. |
