![]() I have had Microstudio installed for some time and when I downloaded it I saved it to CD ROM. A couple weeks ago I had a problem with my computer and had to use my recover disk. This messed with several programs including Microstudio. When I click on the icon, it does nothing. I have tried right clicking and going to open, rebooting, reinstalling, ect. But I have no luck. When I use the disk to try to reinstall it, it says it cannot find the link to it on the disk. It says it is missing. If I download the newer version, will this solve the problem? I don't want to just download it and still not be able to use it. Thanks.

![]() Ramblin.
You should have no problems installing the newer version. It’s a brand new install and as long as you have downloads left, your download link plus your original email and serial number, everything, I believe, will be fine. ![]() Good luck, Jon |

![]() Somebody out there please help me !!
I have a show to do tonight and I can't get my microstudio to work. After I installed the new PNY video card it doesn't work now. All of my other programs work just fine and nothing was affected except for microstudio. When I go to play a song from my harddrive and click the play button the words MICROSTUDIO ERROR--CreateSurface [4] FAILED shows up on the screen instead of the song and lyrics. PLEASE HELP ME !!! |
