Sweeping too fast after machine upgrade

I've been using MTU suite of products for several months now and have not run across any significant problems - until.

I just upgraded my existing machine w/ an 80GB HD that has 8 MB buffer and my O/S from Win 98SE to Win 2000. After upgrading to Win 2000, I applied service packs 1 & 2. As a result of upgrading to Win 2000, I then had to upgrade my SIIG 64-Voice PCI audio card - it doesn't support Win 2000. I upgraded to a Sound Blaster PCI 512. Also, as a result of the O/S upgrade, I had to uninstall & re-install Microstudio, KHPro, & Vogone.

My problem occurs in using Karaoke Home Producer. After I've 'tapped' in my song and play it back, sporatically, the sweep begins to move way ahead of where I placed them. It can happen anywhere in the song.

Any ideas?
