How do I change book ID root?
I am trying to add a song from a disk and it says that this book Id is already in use. If I click on it it will highlight, but I can't change it. I have tried rebuilding data base, merging duplicates, and restarting the program. It keeps coming up with the book ID 164 for all of the songs on the disk when I try to import. How do I load this song when the book ID won't go to next available book ID?

Re: How do I change book ID root?
Book id is tied to the Disc Id.
When you enter this disc it may reconise it as one already imported and enter its Disc Id automatically which intern is tied to the original Book Id. When you load the disc in, does it list all the tracks on it as imported ? If so try this, tick the select boxes in the left column individually, (the select all won't work on already imported disc's) You should see the status change from Imported to Ready. you may have to tick all the boxes and re-import the whole disc. This won't change the Book Id but will add any extra tracks to that book root id. If it list a few tracks as ready and not already imported try just ticking those tracks in the select boxes then press the "import selected tracks" button. The only other way is to change the Disc Id then it may allow you to enter another Book ID.
