hoster lite viewers screen badly out of sync and 3 screens showing

i went to my friends show last night ( same people i've been helping ) and she had to use 3.4 due to h/lite singers screen badly out of sync, the preview screen is ok, would this caused by the singers screen tv/lcd resolution, and also there a 3 screens showing, the preview, singers screen and a third screen that when you play a song it stays blank..

Billyo you are going to have to give us a whole lot more information than this. What type of computer, operating system, RAM, version of Hoster Lite, etc.?
And no resolution of the second monitor would cause picture problems not sync problems.
Are you seeing 3 screens (windows?) in 4.xx or in 3.4?

its a dell xp, 2gb of ram 250 hhd, latest h/lite 4.08 ,3 windows in 3.4, 2 in 4.08, 500 gb ext. dr, all the kma files are stored in that drive, this is the i one fixed , changed the hhd with 250gb and upgraded the ram, all custom updates was done..3.4 worked fine without a hitched..

The third screen in 3.4 would be the SND (how quickly we forget the old ways). Click the SND button to change it to red and it will close that window. Don't compare 3.4 and 4.08 for one working and one not. That is an "apples and oranges" comparison. 4.08 isn't anything like 3.4 in program code or function.

If you have done all the tweaks listed for the operating system (check it again if you have done any updates) and tried the tweaks at BlackViper to turn off unnecessary services and it is still out of sync you can try adjusting the sync timing in the Tools\Options (last item).

i have never had a major video/audio problem with hoster,the only thing i had was the unresized/unmovable viewer screen, which to me is not a problem, just an inconvinienced and thanks to you i got that fixed, and never had h/lite either and never seen the 3rd screen except that night, so i didnt know that the 3rd screen is the snd..but anyway i am not comparing the 2 it never even entered my mind.., i know that 3.4 and 4.08 is diff. it's just she couldnt get the 4.08 to work that night , and i didnt have the time to fix it, thats the reason she resulted in using 3.4, i have never tried the blackviper, like i said , i personally never had a major problem so i dont have a use for it, but i will try to see if i missed something on the recommended changes, i think she did try adjusting the sync timing, but anyway thanks for the adviced, hopefully i could get this figured out, since i am the one that recommended them to go to hoster instead of the other product..i felt responsible
