error help please

This is one of the drives that says it will work for Karaoke, but it really will not. This is the reason that it gives back the error of "Illegal Command Request". Here is a post that has a list of drives in it that we know will cause this error. Click here to go to the post.

The only brand of drives that will work are the Plextor, except the 3 listed on the above post.
