It wouldn't cause a problem with the Rebuild, but would cause a problem with playlists and Singers database listings (by missing I am assuming you mean song file names missing in Singers Database and not Singers Names).
Are any of those song file in sub-folders on that drive? If so are all sub-folder paths listed in the Rebuild list? What version of Hoster?

I think its missing in the song database,I had to closed hoster since it wouldn't cancell and I had to play tonight,and also when I tried to look if there was any files on a separate folder,there was some in c drive,but when I opened the drive there wasn't any
