Re: windows 7
Capn Vic
I have just started running Hoster on Windows 7 64 bit and have had a problem with the hosts preview window which refuses to undock & resize. Can you do this on your system and if you casn could you tell me what setup you have used with Windows 7 to allow that to work (general setup that is) as I am at a loss as to what to try. Re: windows 7
I have been running 4.11 on Vista, and am in the process of converting to 4.11 on Windows 7 64 bit. I get the link to do the updates, but I notice it says VISTA and has no mention of Windows 7. Am I correct in assuming the computer preparation requirements are exactly the same for VISTA as WINDOWS 7, or is there a different set of required settings? THANKS!

Re: windows 7
When I went to W7 I made a lot fewer of the changes- such as not changing to 16 bit vs 32 bit. I did disable Aero and some of the fancies. Since W7 is less of a memory hog, I haven't had problems not making all the changes- yet.

Re: windows 7
Thanks Dale. You wouldnt happen to have a link to that page would you? I cant find it anywhere. I thought that seemed odd that they kept referring to Vista. I guess it automatically assumed since the old machine was vista that this one was too.
