No wonder Hoster takes so long to open. If you have a playlist with songs listed on it in Hoster when you close Hoster, then that same playlist will be there when you open Hoster the next time.
When you open Hoster part of its setup that it goes through before opening on the screen is to check all the songs listed in the playlist to make sure they are accessable. If one isn't then it is marked as unavailable.
Let's see 23 hours worth at 12 - 20 songs per hour would be 276 - 460 files to verify. Yes I could see 4 minutes to open the program.

Now instead of leaving that monster size playlist open in Hoster try saving that playlist with a name then start a "New" playlist and then close Hoster. Then when you open Hoster again it won't have any songs to check until you "Open" that long list.
Dale, all due respects to your knowledge of Hoster, but i have always had 25-30 hour play list and before 4.11, it would open almost immediately. With 4.11, it does take about 3-4 minutes.
Now before you start talking about monster playlist and starting three to four small play list, some of us do a one man show and prefer a large playlist and find it easier to work with.
This only started with 4.11. Let me add, my play list are on a internal drive.
