Looks like you have plenty of space set already.
If you are looking at this as a cure for import problem, this definately would not be it.
Actually this just adds to the load, because the transfer between actual and virtual memory causes more workload for the processor. Some have even found that things speeded up by going back to letting Windows determine the amount of virtual memory. More is not necessarily better.

Wow Letting Window Manage was going to be my next logical move, but the part that my system doesn't allow me to increase above 4096., what's that all about?

I don't know Joe because mine didn't have any problem with going above 4096.
