marklwood... I checked my account and everything is in order. The puzzling thing is I downloaded the 4.11 install to my desktop on the secondary P/C before upgrading my primary. When I went to run the install after the information was transmitted to MTU, I got the error message "This software can install and register on 2 computer(s). Our records show that it is already registered on 2 computers". Keep in mind that at this point I hadn't upgraded my primary. So, I tried to upgrade my primary and everything worked perfectly. I'm sooooo confused. By the way, shortly before writing this post, I tried to run the upgrade on my secondary again and I keep getting the same message.

have you done anything to your pc ie. changed hhd etc? did you removed the prior version? if you did not, that might be the reason why it says already installed in 2 pc,

The only thing I did was to add it to a router since I loaded 4.10. I did remove all reference to 4.10 prior to the install.

you should have left the 4.10 and when you installed the 4.11 you should have clicked on upgrade , instead of removed.if you can, un- install the 4.11 and re-install 4.10, then try to upgrade to 4.11, this time click on upgrade and save

Smile

That's normally what I do and did do this time when I got the message originally. I will try re-installing 4.10 again and do an upgrade. Thanx.

try that and see if it works, if not maybe you have to go to support and submit a ticket...and have your reg. re-set.
