Your ProSavage video card may need new updated drivers. I am not sure exactly who the manufacturer was of that video card, but here is a search on Google that will show you some sites that have this or could have this

The other thing is make sure that the disc your getting this error message on doesn't say Protected by MediaCloq on it in the center. Try some other brands and discs to see if any others will work.
Also what CD-R drive are you using?
