if you're happy with 4.10. you might wanna stay with it, 4.11 uses much comp. resources, but it does have some nice feature, ie. background music, remove silence and talkover (which only works with the background music), and also the garbled lyrics are fixed..but if you don't have use for it, like i said stay with what you got, Microstudio in my opinion didnt have that much of a diff.( i am having problems with it since i dowloded the new version )the only diff. that would be useful is you are now able to move the screen to an ext. monitor, that is only my opinion, it's up to you to decide...
