Did I recall you said you had Direct X v9.0 installed? Very few video cards support Direct X9.0..... Suggest if you have 9.0 installed, un-install and put Direct X 8.1a http://www.cswing.com/downloads.html#directx Notes on 9.0: The DirectX 9.0 runtime cannot be uninstalled. We recommend Windows Me and Windows XP users create a "System Restore" point before installing.
