Can't find my reg. numbers on the web site

I can't find my reg. numbers on the web site, product does not show. Does anyone know if something has changed?

Laddie, You can find your reg. code in the HELP tab, VIEW REG CODE in your HOSTER program.

Or are you talking about something else?

Something else. The web site normally has all your products and the reg.codes listed. It is now blank

I know that, but when I log on to the site. No products are listed, they used to be. Since no products are listed, no reg codes. I was curious if just mine are missing, or are others having the same problem

Mine all show up so I would say it is a problem with your account. Did you change your email address that you use for your account?

No nothing has changed, they were there at the beginning of the month. I turned in a trouble ticket.
