How many songs show in the Search window if you enter a "*" wild card to find? This should show all your listings.
Is the Songs Database using the right folder or is it pointing to C:\MTU\KMA Files (default setting)?
What version did upgrade from?
Some Microsoft updates for Vista have been known to turn the UAC back on. You may want to check this to make sure it is still off.
