When you list by artist, you have the artist name with all of the songs they sing listed below. When you list by song, you have to have the artist's name for every song which has to be. This is why they are different.
MTU did alot of great changes on the songbook creator in Hoster 4.09d that you may like. The Singers Database, the estimated time a singers sings and the Show Display were also added, very cool stuff! The best thing to do is to download the demo and see if the improvements suit your needs. Jim
