Upgrade to 4.08 or wait until later today and upgrade to 4.09b which fixes a lot of those problems.
Additionally in 4.08 and 4.09 there is a control to adjust the sync if all of the song files are out of sync. It used to be in Hoster back in the 3.3xx versions and is now back in the newer versions released.

Only adjust the sync if needed. With the new version they may be in sync and not need the adjustment.

I thought he was refering to the MTU suggested adjustments to XP, if they haven't already been made

Thumbs up

I too, was having issues with lyrics being out of sync but, not on ALL KMA files. It appeared was only happening on a few Manufacturers(Chartbuster for one). I recently changed my Video Card settings from 128MB to 32MB and ran a show last night. It appears that this has resolved my issue. Not sure why this would matter as I thought having more memory alotted for the Video Card was better.

If you are talking about on a laptop the video card shares the memory for the computer rather than having it dedicated on the video card. By lowering the video memory setting you have freed up more memory for the processor which is where the syncronization has to take place. However if you do not have enough memory allocated for the video then that can cause problems too. It is a balancing act.

i recently upgraded to 4.09 and i'm having the same issues with the lyrics fdragging behind the song. i can't find anything in the manual about how to sync them up. it's really nice of someone to post some instructions on how to get them to sync back up. the old version i had never had this issue.

Go to tools, select options. The last item will allow you to adjust the sync.
