Hoster Track File Not Found

I am having a problem importing songs, they can not be located until after I rebuild my song database. Sorry to say, I do believe this problem is related to a previous issue as I am still encountering MSG
"Cannot find the jeterr40.chm file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?"

Based upon previous advice, I downloaded software "mdbview.exe" but was unable to figure out how to use it as it not clear to me what the next step is after getting past the "nag screen".

Using the other advice, I was able to locate the "bad" song, however I was unable to rebuild that particular "bookid" by re-importing/re-loading it as the software will not allow me to re-use the "bad" bookid (3315) being flagged as in error. (???? How do can one rebuild if you cannot overlay the at exact bookid?)

Please help! I am not able to load any songs without encountering this error message during the import of EACH AND EVERY song and I need to load 15 disks (and update all of my song books) for a gig tomorrow night. (Yikes!) (Meantime, I've already deleted that song from my songbook using Hoster "Edit Song" functionality, rebuilt my song database only to find out that during the rebuild bookid 3315 is still being flagged as a problem.)
