I had one of those a while back. It was the worst laptop designed for video playing (at least in my experiences) and verified by many others on a DJ forum I was on that discussed the use of videos. I also remember my 5160 having issues with crashing during hoster and the video card seemed like it was always doing something different I (and no one else) couldn't explain. If you can afford a newer and different laptop, do it. Mine was in and out of the Dell factory once every two months, then finally they said, "here take another one(for free), which has worked okay so far.
But for the longest time I was against dell laptops (and still doubtful) when it comes to doing stuff pertaining to displaying videos.
