Download a copy of Microstudio 4.20.
Read and FOLLOW the instructions in the manual for calibrating the Save As file that mixes the Played song and the Recorded microphone signal. You can calibrate them to 20 milliseconds accuracy, which I think you will find quite acceptable. FYI: Some computers don't require any calibration, but work perfectly with out default synchronization that was developed over extensive testing and engineering design.
