I assume you are using the Hoster print song books and not another method.
The only answer I can think of is to rebuild songs data base. Then check by playing one of the muddled # and again by viewing the printed book in preview mode. If both are then the same you can decide weather to delete the offending # and re import or reprint. |

I have Kj pro songbook program, how did you import your Hoster Data into Kj ? It seems that may be where the discrepancy started. I imported my original data through csv conversion. From then on I use KJ data base, but if you use kj data you should check it against the disk you imported, this is where the mistake may have come from.
To make Hoster database match your song book either try this or wait for some other responses like Dale who may have a better idea. Presuming these wrong Id's are from Cd's, if you re import them into Hoster you will not be able to alter the order of the tracks as it imports them as they are laid out on the disk. The only way I see this is to burn the tracks to a CD in the order to match your song book, then re import that disk id. Now for this you will need some other software like Microstudio. ![]() ![]() |

Quote:
If it is just these two songs and only 6 books I would just correct it in the 6 books by lining through the number and write it in if their is space. And change them in KJ Pro so next time you print they are correct. If it is both of the whole CDs you cango to Edit Songs in Hoster, delete the two CDs and then reimport them with the correct BookID to match your KJ Pro.

Dale correct me if i'm wrong, but when you import the cd into Hoster, it will not let you alter the order they were on the disk, so if he imports it again it will be as before. Unless things have changed since I last tried it.

Ray,
I found this on KJ Pro's Help page:
This shows you don't have to reprint the whole book. You can print a page or range of pages to replace the errors.

As they are both track 10 you should be alright to import them again as Dale said with the differant disk #.
Hope you don't find too many more. |
