4.06 issues including out of sync on XP

Not meaning this in a mean way, but if you tried everything in the manual you would know to do all updates for windows. Not just auto updates. There is something about the hardware accelerator in the manual as well, that may help. Try setting your Color Quality to 16b instead of 32b. That has fixed the issue for quite a few. Make sure you turn off uneeded services as well. Dont give up. You will love this new version.
