Thanks Bryant I hadn't thought of that one. I have had a couple of those monitors go bad though and it can be nothing more than heat. At that time we troubleshot them down to a cracked track on the board. It was not moving damage though but manufacturer's quality control. Sometimes those problems won't show up for months then all of a sudden it happens.
