If this is exactly how you want it to display, you can do it, but make sure first because it is time consuming.
You will have to take all your last name, first name listings ie Adkins, Trace and edit them all to Trace Adkins! Obviously will need to be done for all other names listed this way as well in order to sort/print alphabetically like this.

Fortunately if you are editing the artists through the 4.05 Hoster database, the new pulldown menu in the editor will speed up the process.
