like the new features in 4.3 now i need some real help i got dual display to work from my svideo out to my tv on tv stand but i need to knowhow to get it to go to another tv my friend is wanting me to use tv like i do in show but also have it on big screen for everyone to see also any hjelp would be great thanks raymond

i think you gonna need a y cable, plug the main cable into your video source and into your big screen and to the tv..

Ray,
Go to Radio Shack and buy a Video Distribution Amplifier, they cost $50. If you just use a "Y" cable, the video will look bad. The signal needs to be powered to transfer correctly.

I use a "Y" for two or three TV's often and it works fine. Sometimes the TV's show little wavy lines though, but when I added in a video amplifier/booster thing, it amplified the wavy lines too and made THEM worse.

Just a point to consider.

Don't use cheap cables. The wavy lines can be from lines crossing an AC line some where.Double shielded is best but also most expensive.

I use a bit of yours and Jim's. I use the exact same powered video ditribution amp that Jim uses, and instead of regular rca cables I use RG6 cable for shielding. It's also cheaper and is easy to make custom lengths (one run is almost 100 ft. Then I use this adapter http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=search on both ends to make it a custon, shielded rca cable. I run right over a couple of neon light transformers and don't have any problem with the signal quality,

I use, and have used for years, two wireless TX/RXs. I use a splitter, connecting a hard line on one side for my singer's monitor. I connect my wireless transmitter to the other side. Place one wireless receiver on a big screen, and the other on a TV behind the bar. This is great for most places, no wire to run...I have never had a problem with interference, even on military bases. You can buy the units on-line or at radio shack. They run in the $60 to $100 range.

I don't want you to get the wrong impression, you can use a non-powered splitter but the picture quality will get worse the farther away you get from the source. For a big screen TV that's accross the stage or a TV that's mounted on the wall if you want the picture to look good on all of your TV's I'd make the $50 investment.

I like Laddies wireless way of handling this. When my distrbution amp goes out I may look into it BUT if it ain't broke......

The amplifier just ampilfies, it's not a filer. If your souce has "lines" in it, all of your TV's will have "lines" in them.

If the TV's are close to the source a "Y" will work okay.

thanks everyone for the advice the big screen is only about 10 feet to the left on a stand so ai will try a splitter see if it works if not will go to radio shack thanks for the advice raymond
