To transfer your KMA files to an external drive. Open the external drive in Windows Explorer. Highlight the drive by left clicking (once) on the drive. Go to top and click on File/New/Folder and create a folder where you want to store your KMA files and name it. Then go to the C:\MTU\KMA Files folder on you C: drive, highlight the first file, hold down the shift, scroll the end of the list and click on the last file. Right click somewhere in the highlighted area and select "Copy." Then go back to the external drive, double click on the folder you created. When it opens right click somewhere in the empty right side and choose "Paste." Depending on how many files you have this can take a while up to several hours. When it has completed. Then go back to your C: drive to the folder you copied from re-highlight them again and press delete. Once they have all deleted then right click on your Recyle bin and empty it. When that is done check your hard drive space again. If it hasn't gone above at least 25% free, post back here again and I will give you some pointers on other areas you can delete/clean out that will help.
