Those particular files have become corrupted and will need to be re-imported.
The missing help is because that was a Microsoft help file for an older version of Access that is no longer included with Windows or MS Office. That is why it can't find it. Basically it would have told you that this particular field cannot be empty in the database.
Hoster use an Access 97 format database file for the Songs Database.
