I have 3.321, I just bought it about 3 weeks ago. I bought a Dell computer just for this. I have Vista operating system but after reading all the forums I think I would have been better to have stayed with XP. However, I have not had the first problem other than not cleaning my cd's. I guess there has to be a little labor right! I have been in a band for the past 26 years, that is why I have so much equipment. I only play this stuff at home for fun. Since I have two homes I have equipment at both places that's the reason for the confusion with the copies.

Thanks for the help..

Robin

Since you started with 3.321 you should not have any problems with Vista. You should really use the originals to import and even then some may be slow do to quality of the discs the producers use. This may be the case with your copies too. If you use music quality disc then you won't have as much problem with them as you will the cheaper data discs. We have also found that data disc are only good for about 3 years and then they will not work. Found this out when a disc of pictures we had would not open anymore.

I thank you for letting me know about the disks. I have been using the cheapest ones I could find. Sounds like I will be paying the price for using cheap ones. Another few nights of transfering songs over and I won't have to use the old karaoke machine anyway.

Thanks for the help. Hopefully an old dog can learn new tricks.
