Thanks. It is Vista I'm using and your suggestion worked like a champ. The files were under my personal folder on the desktop (local applications). Nowhere I would have looked. Everything is working great now. Now I can even backup my files to an external hard drive. Thanks again, Jon

Did you move the KMA files to C:\MTU\KMA Files?
