![]() Wow what did I ask For I'm lost for words How bout a cheap 160 Drv at your local corner computer store loaded with XP OS for you?
Then all you have to due is swap Drv or maybe set it up as an external Boot Drv.? |

![]() In a way that is what I did with the Inspiron 1520. I installed XP sp2 on it and ran the updates. Works fine.

![]() With the price of a 160GB SATA laptop drive from most of the vendors like Tiger Direct or Newegg. It makes sense. It was a fairly easy install. I did it when I upgraded from a 60GB to a 160 on my Dell Inspiron E1505. Stash the old drive away for future considerations.
