this is kind of related to a thing i'm seeing.

when i double-click the singer's window, instead of maximizing to the secondary display it does a weird thing where it takes about half of the primary display. i can drag it to the secondary display and then manually resize the window so that it takes up most of the space, but it doesn't behave in the manner you described. any thoughts?

Shaun after you have dragged it to the secondary double click on it there and it should go to full screen.

When you are saying "Singer's Dispay" are you talking about the lyrics or the Singer's Name Display?

the window with lyrics that you double-click on to send maximized to the secondary display. the other thing, if i've gathered up the terminology correctly, would be the SND, right?

Be sure the TV is turned on before the computer, so when Windows runs up the video card can recognize that the secondary is there. For the properties of the secondary make sure it is set to "Extended" and that it is active (not shaded). It is also best to set both primary and secondary to same screen size minimum being 800x600 with preferred being 1024x768.
If all this is right start a song. When the lyrics window opens up drag it to the secondary and try double clicking on it again. ( I hope you haven't been trying this with the smaller preview screen in the upper left of the Hoster screen.)

yeh, it's set up right. i've done it with the tv plugged in prior to the computer firing up and when the computer is already booted when the tv gets plugged in. i get the same behaviour either way.
