Hoster Software Question

iIhad purchase the program about a week a go for my bssines and by error was install in the wrong compueter one at home and the other at my office now i need it in my bssines and i can't. I need help to download this program in my biussnes. can you help me?? I send and e-mail and no one answer me jet Im loosing costummers because is not in the main computer at the bar..there is any contact that i can't speak with anone on the phone???
