Did you get a auto-response email back with your ticket number? If not then they are being blocked either by you or your ISP. Have you checked the status of it to see if they had already fixed it?

Yes, I got the auto response. Yes, I checked the status. No, it was not replied to. I even tried to re-install periodically (couple times a day) to see if they reset but didn't respond. I did get a response a couple of hours ago. I guess I didn't make it clear that this is a NEW comp.(fried MB) The only thing I saved was the graphics card. It even got my drive controller along with the C: drive. The light and smoke made a good addition to my "show" I was doing testing out the new songs at home. (it is my backup/work comp)
