Make a little noise

Can I just make a little noise? I submitted a support ticket on Mar 21st @ 8pm requesting one reset of my reg for a failed comp. It's been nearly a week now and I am getting a little worried going into another weekend without a backup. I submitted a second ticket (sorry to offend). How about a response?

Also, when is the projected release of 4.0? I'm sure it will be about 10 minutes after I get my new comp all done and ready
