This is not really a error explaination, but is an explaination for programmers on how to use this VBS command. The problem you and Billyo have are audio card or audio program related and not a function of any MTU software.
That doesn't mean we (MTU users) won't try to help or that MTU won't look at why it is happening. However in order to help we are going to need some more information to figure this out.
What brand/model of laptops?
What Operating System?
What type of sound card? Internal and External if using both?
What software is installed for the sound card(s)?
Have you installed all of the updates from Microsoft listed under the Custom Update section of their website?
That is just a few of the questions and I am sure there will be more after you answer these.
