Singer Import Issue

Because I have never been completely satisfied with the sound of the Sigma Tel I bought a Creative ExpressCard Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme. Definite improvement over the internal sound. However I tried it today and Hoster does the same thing when trying to import. Being a long time user. all my settings of course are set up as the manual recommends.

So at this point I don't think its so much of a sound card issue since I have tried both and they both do the same thing.

Any ideas?

i have the same laptop dell 1505 my main show laptop and i also have the e1405 as my back-up and i havent had any problem importing a singers disc in any of them..the only time i had a problem importing singers disc is if it was a custom made..i'll have the same problem you have..
