Question I am a new user need help with importing

I have been importing CD&G and then I would play one from the import screen to check it. It would play fine on the TV screen. Had a problem with my computer and log back in, now when I import a CD&G the words are block out, they are black. But they show up in the normal play mode. Can someone help me?

What kind of problem did you have with your computer?
Did you reboot after the problem or just log back in?
What operating system and which program?

FYI - It would help if you were to post your problem in the Help forum for whichever program you are having a problem with instead of here.

Importing changed

I purchased the Hoster V3.316 and I have Window XP professional.
I turned on the TV and the coumputer, but did not realize the cable to the TV had come unplugged, so there was not signal to TV. I plugged in the cable but still no signal I then rebooted. Before when I would import a track I could push the play button and check that track that screen it work perfect on the TV. Now when I import a CD&G track the Blue background of the screen on the TV turns to black squares instead of letters running across the screen where the words would be. When I close the importing screen and play it the same track from the main Hoster Screen the song work perfectly on the TV. Please help! Im sorry about posting in wrong section. Do I post questions like this one in KHpro help for asking about Hoster questions? Thanks again! Rlynch

Check your display properties for the TV, by right clicking on the open desktop, go to settings and click on the 2nd monitor. Make sure it is set to the same resolution as the computer monitor (#1), make sure it is set for the same color level as #1 and that extended desktop is checked. All of this needs to be done with the TV plugged in to computer and on.

You post questions about Hoster in the Hoster Help forum. KHPro is another program by MTU. Each program has its own Help forum.

Problem fixed

Thank you so much, it worked perfect and fixed my screen. Now the only other problem I am having is loging in to the hoster help forum. It is telling me that I do not have access to this page. I am logged in, but still no access to this page? I think when I registered it said that it would send an email that I had to confirm but I never received the email. If that is the problem how do I get them to send another email. Thanks again!

That one you will have to wait for Admin to answer. I never had any problem accessing the forums.

Moved to the correct Forum.

Now I'll work on getting his registration working. Probably a wrong email.

The Forum was waiting for the verification email link to be clicked. Instead, I approved the registration.

If the email I sent a message to is never received, then you need to go into your account and change your email to your correct one.
