Extremely Over-powering Bar Manager

I have had two bar/resturants try to tell me how to run a show.
I packed up and left, (after i told him what i thought of him )
they both got somone else. that lasted about 12 weeks in one place.
and 3 weeks in the other.
they no longer have karaoke at those places.
I have one rule. my equitment, my show, MY WAY.
or they can get somone else.
this has worked for me for nine years. Bob
