Using DVD

i'm using imtoo dvd ripper platinum v4.0 and on the audio box, select either one the available setting. different dvd has different settings so you have to try 1 track first before ripping all. sometimes it might be x80 or x81. my profile is videocd format. all is well with me.

Very true. I think all of mine (only about 8 dvd's) were all x81.

Should also check the volume level. On the one hand if it's set to high you'll get distortion at worst, and at best an extremely loud surprise if you forget to pull the slider down after the last song. On the other hand if it's to low you'll struggle with getting an adequate amount of volume from the track come performance time.
