Hi' Guys & Gals
she has tried two different adaptors and still no luck.
i think it is the adaptor she is using.
i had that when i first used hoster, an adaptor from radio shack would not work.
i have one i will send to her to see if it works, thanks For all your help. Bob

Hope you find the problem. It is really hard to troubleshhot long distance.
